How we review listings
Senior Attorney Finder is designed to be a plain-language local directory, not a pay-to-rank list. We review listings using consistent public-source criteria and mark them as reviewed on the date they were last checked.
What we look for
- Whether the attorney or firm publicly states that it handles estate planning, probate, elder law, guardianship, trusts, or related senior-planning work.
- Whether the location appears to serve Bellingham or nearby Whatcom County.
- Whether public contact information and a stable practice identity are available.
- Whether the profile can be described in neutral, useful language for families comparing options.
What we do not do
- We do not publish hidden scores.
- We do not claim endorsement, certification, or superiority unless the source explicitly and verifiably supports it.
- We do not treat sponsored placement as an editorial rating.
How to improve or claim a listing
Firms can request updates, corrections, or claim access by contacting the site and providing the current public details they want reflected.
Claim or update a profile
No hidden scores. Senior Attorney Finder does not assign secret numerical ratings. Editorial summaries are written from publicly visible information and are meant to help visitors build a shortlist, not replace direct due diligence.
